Currently, we are looking to fill only the following positions:

1. Bartender

Requirements: Must be available to work several (2-3) night shifts, 9pm to 2am and/or 3am and/or be available to work during Happy Hour, 5pm to 9pm. Must be comfortable working in a high volume bar environment while shirtless. Because you are expected to be shirtless, we require that you have an appropriate physique. Must also be available to attend staff meetings and bar cleanup every Monday morning, 11am-1pm. Prior bartending experience is helpful. Must be 21 or older.

2. Door/Coatcheck (three positions)

Requirements: Must be available to work at least one or more night shift (9pm to 2am and/or 3am) per week. Must also be available to fill-in for other staff as necessary/when needed. Must be 21 or older. Please note: Door and coatcheck staff work both positions on a rotating basis during fall/winter months when coatcheck is being offered to customers.

3. Lighting/Production Tech. (one position)

Requirements: Must be available to work several (2 or more) shifts, 9pm to 2am and/or 3am. Position involves operating and maintaining dancefloor light show, a general operating knowledge of video and sound systems, as well as preparing the club and stage for shows, contests, special events and private functions. You will work with DJ's, drag queens, cabaret acts, bar and management staff and others to ensure nights and special events are produced. A general knowledge of current music and nightlife trends, dancefloor lighting, and sound equipment is extremely helpful. Must be 21 or older.

4. Advertising Models

Requirements: An interest in modeling for nightclub advertisements with a look and body to match. A great majority of guys you see in Cobalt ad's are photos taken by our advertising manager so we are looking for original guys with great bodies and looks (swimmers, athletic, muscle, smooth, college/prep/frat/boy-next-door types) and a willingness to model shirtless, in underwear or swimwear, in outfits for specific themes, or just as yourself. Prior modeling experience is not required. Must be 18 or older. **Please send several recent photos, one of which being shirtless**
